Пух: Пока эта новость не появилась на ИМБД но по инету всё пестрит! В Сентябре Киллиан будет сниматься в британском триллере The Retreat в Уэльсе. Тэнди Ньютон будет играть его жену. EXCLUSIVE: The Inception star begins filming this British thriller in September on location in Wales. Thandie Newton will play Murphy’s wife. Sony Pictures has already taken UK rights. Moon was its last British acquisition. Another studio deal is pending for Germany. Murphy and Newton will play a husband and wife who rent a remote island cottage while trying to repair their marriage. One day they find a biohazard-suited soldier washed up on the beach, who warns them that everybody on the mainland has been killed by an airborne virus. That’s when the psychological fun-and-games begin... Producer Gary Sinyor of Magnet Films pitches The Retreat as a landlocked “Knife In the Water meets Dead Calm.” Carl Tibbetts, an editor who’s worked on Alien Vs Predator, is the first-time writer/director. SC Films International is handling worldwide sales. Пух: Irish production company Ripple World Pictures began shooting this week in Wales on the British psychological thriller ‘Retreat’ starring Cillian Murphy (Inception, Perrier’s Bounty, The Dark Knight), Thandie Newton (2012, RocknRolla, Crash) and Jamie Bell (Defiance, Jumper, Billy Elliot) in co-production with the UK’s Magnet Films. ‘Retreat’ is the debut feature of British director Carl Tibbetts who co-wrote the screenplay with Janice Hallett. Gary Sinyor (Leon the Pig Farmer) of Magnet Films is producing the feature with Dominic Wright (Lapland OIdyssey) and Jacqueline Kerrin (Parked) of Ripple Exec Producing alongside David Frost and Michael Rosenberg (In Your Dreams) also of Magnet Films. Sony Entertainment have UK, Irish and German rights. Quickfire Films and SC Films are handling international sales. Further production details are TBC. The story centres around a couple, Kate (Thandie Newton) and Martin (Cillian Murphy), who escape from a personal tragedy to an island retreat. Cut off from the outside world, their attempts to recover are shattered when a man (Jamie Bell) is washed ashore with news of an airborne killer disease sweeping through Europe. Due to commitments on ‘Retreat’ producers Dominic Wright and Jacqueline Kerrin will miss the gala premiere tonight of their feature ‘Lapland Odyssey’ at the Helsinki International Film Festival.
